Realtor's welcome

We are looking for a mutually beneficial partnership in the sales process. We are willing to compensate realtors on successful completion of a sale at 2.5% of the sale price, less HST. We would also provide compensation at the initial signing of sales agreement, payable at  1% of commission with remaining 1.5% to be paid out upon closing.
