Unlike other builders, we allow your home to be constructed with a deposit rather than having to obtain a building mortgage. We will purchase the lot of your choice and begin construction. Although, you choose the design and aesthetics we work hand in hand with our clients to blend our expertise with their ideas and budget. Our knowledge and experience of construction, building codes, and working with reliable contractors and suppliers, you will find to be indispensable.

Costs – Financing

You can choose any lot and we will purchase it and finance the entire build.  A $10,000.00 deposit is all that is required until closing. We take care of all financing until the completion of the project.

Customer Service

We are truly committed in providing a superior customer experience from start to finish. You will be assisted throughout the project by our Sales Consultant. They will guide you through the various stages of the build and assist you in choosing certain design elements for your home. The consultant remains dedicated to you for support and service until your home is completed and expectations have been met.

Quality Control

We provide full project management in the construction of your home. We have a dedicated site manager present who will be responsible in managing timelines and ensuring quality control.
